The event, one of the country’s most popular shooting competitions, will take place on May 26-28, 2023, at the Heartland Public Shooting Park in Grand Island, Nebraska.

The Zombies in the Heartland 3-Gun Match is a unique event that combines shooting sports with a zombie apocalypse theme. Participants must navigate a course filled with zombie targets while shooting three different types of firearms: a rifle, a shotgun, and a handgun. The event attracts shooters from all over the country, including many professional competitors.

According to Hornady, the 2023 event promises to be bigger and better than ever. In addition to the traditional 3-gun competition, the event will also feature a special celebrity shootout, a vendor village with various shooting-related products, and a zombie-themed costume contest.
