Privateer Press announced Zombies Keep Out, a new cooperative board game for 1–6 players in which players are fearless goblin tinkerers holed up in their workshop, frantically constructing zany contraptions to repel endless waves of attacking zombies. The title will be available in hobby game stores everywhere this April.
Zombies Keep Out is the latest entry in the Bodgers Games series. Its contents include 45 plastic zombie figures and more than 100 cards, and the gameplay features irreverent rules such as players having to slur their speech or losing the ability to talk when bitten by zombies.
“Zombies Keep Out takes the zaniness of the Goblin Bodgers and pits it against the frantic desperation of a zombie invasion, and the reshults are non-shtop uuuuhhhnnng,” said William Shick, Director of Business for Privateer Press, who had just been bitten by a zombie.
Releasing this April, Zombies Keep Out has an MSRP of $35.99. In addition, Privateer Press is producing special promo cards that will be available through preorder promotions, game demos, and special events as well as at Privateer Press convention appearances.
