For many zombie preppers, the question is if a zombie apocalypse will happen, but when. For them, the mission is to be prepared when the inevitable occurs.
Chuck Bowling is one of those planning to be ready at the end of the world and he’s working to develop a network of like-minded individuals. His group, Zombie Emergency Response Operations (ZERO) is still in it infancy, but is growing quickly.
Bowling said the group was founded in February and has already attracted more than 2,200 likes to its Facebook page. In addition, the group has grown from its original chapter in West Virginia to include branches in Florida, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Texas, Kentucky and Ohio.
While the organization is still developing, Bowling said the idea is to create a network of safe houses and help as many people as possible when the apocalypse happens.
